I don't understand the question... obviously you can already post to the loop, is it now being re-evaluated? If you want an unrelated blog of your own, take it up with your parents...

No, he can post, I created his profile for him. I just don't think he's ready for his own blog. I'm not even sure why not. He's just 11.
