boy toilet training

ahron is in underwear! except i dont know how to have him go to the toilet if there is no stool. (stool is something you stand on in this context, not poop) so i always send devorah with him if we are in a public restroom. she is VERY good at it too. we were in toronto yesterday and we saw Golda! she is fun! and we went to the ontario science center and that is fun and then we went to dinner at miami grill (not very impressed). and then ahron had to go to the bathroom and devorah decided it was my turn. so i took him and he's too short to pee in the toilet. so i found a plastic container but it was too narrow for him to stand on and pee. so i picked him up to pee and then he loses his whole angle of urination without the right balance. then i thought about sitting him but the toilet is nasty and his legs and pants would be hugging the front of the toilet. so i took a chapter from the david toilet training scheme and held ahron horizontal over the toilet to pee. we both thought it was very funny and had a great time. during this exercise his favorite yarmulka took a dip in the water :(
